Dairy Milk Production Manager
- Oversee daily operations of the dairy department, including milk production, processing, and packaging
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies to meet production demands
- Train and supervise dairy staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure product consistency and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues or equipment malfunctions
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products
SKILLS
- Strong knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) principles and ability to implement them effectively
- Proficient in sanitizing equipment and maintaining a hygienic work environment
- Experience in packaging dairy products according to industry standards
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and maintain dairy processing equipment
- Thorough understanding of food safety regulations, including CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Forklift operation skills for moving materials within the dairy facility
- Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed
- Knowledge of food production processes and techniques specific to the dairy industry

Salary: KD350.000 - KD500.000 per hour
