We are a leading mystery shopping company looking for volunteers to conduct call and walk-in audits for our clients. As a mystery shopper, you will be responsible for posing as a customer and evaluating the level of service you receive. Your feedback will help our clients identify areas where they can improve their service and operations.
To be eligible, you must:
- Be fluent in English and Arabic
- Have a good eye for detail
- Be objective and impartial
- Be able to follow instructions carefully
- Be able to write clear and concise reports
