Responsibilities:
- Assist the customers in identifying their needs by detemining their skin type, skincare concerns and style preferences.
- Achieved the assigned sales target as per the department objectives and maintains customer satisfaction.
- Propose the applicable products to customers based on the customer's needs, preferences, and budget
- Explain product features to consumers, including utilization methods, in addition to providing product demos.
- Respond to all customer questions and handle customer complaints in a professional manner
- Execute the exchanges or refund customer requests, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed and that customers are assisted in finding the appropriate products as needed
- Responsible for store payment methods such as cash, credit cards, and occasionally vouchers, as well as maintaining the balance to the register after the shift and storing funds in a safe
- Assist in preparing the store regularly for planned or unplanned events or celebrities' visits to announce Korea town products on social media platforms.
- Inform store managers about the level of stock, out-of-stock, replenishment, or product expiration date regularly to place orders as needed in coordination with the warehouse department.
- Deliver and check warehouse products before adding pricing and replenishment.
- Assist in executing visual merchandising for presenting the products on standard Korea Town regulations including hygiene, and tester availability to foster customer traffic and sales growth.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Transferable Visa in Kuwait
- Proven experience in sales, Retail, or related field may be preferred
- Excellent customer service and sales abilities.
- outstanding in presentable and organizational skills.
