What's On Your Plate?
- Issue rider gear and equipment to riders as per the company guidelines.
- Receive used or damaged gear/equipment and make clearance as per SOP.
- Daily monitoring of movement and update daily issuance report.
- Stock take/cycle count for available stock.
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly reporting on Issuance and clearance
- Spot checking and visiting warehouses for investigation with inventory discrepancies.
- Update each issuance into the system and prepare monthly reports.
- Disposal of used gears as per the company guidelines.
- Provide support to inventory specialists in their tasks to monitor stock and manage stock volume.
What Did We Order?
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a warehouse coordinator
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable working in a challenging environment.
- Should have excellent interpersonal communication skills, a firm grasp of basic
computer programs, and an ability to work both independently and in a team. - Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, database and GSheets.
- Strong communication skills (Written and Verbal), Fluent in both languages (Arabic and English)
- People management skills, experience in managing a large group of people preferably drivers.
